Quando se vive no Algarve, ou se passa f\u00e9rias na Quinta do Lago, muitas s\u00e3o as ocasi\u00f5es em que se vai visitar uma casa de fam\u00edlia, ou desfrutar de um jantar num restaurante com peixe fresco e vegetais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gastronomia portuguesa ainda est\u00e1 muito intocada pelas influ\u00eancias estrangeiras, visto que sempre houve f\u00e1cil acesso aos alimentos frescos locais. Tamb\u00e9m sempre se beneficiou de uma partilha de receitas de gera\u00e7\u00f5es, o que permitiu que as tradi\u00e7\u00f5es permanecessem e evolu\u00edssem dentro das fam\u00edlias e, eventualmente, aben\u00e7oassem os nossos pratos. A cozinha algarvia assume estas mesmas pr\u00e1ticas e destaca o maravilhoso marisco local, os legumes e frutas frescas colhidas diariamente, bem como as receitas tradicionais com porco, frango e
